did a little research, couldn't find an exact answer. maybe you can?the only symptom i have is the abdominal cramping no nausea, vomiting, diarrhea.

i have a UTI and it kills. i cant stand up straight and i gotta go pee all the time but im scared to cuz it hurts to much and it burnsa month ago i had one which turned into a kidney infection and it was so bad i threw up everything even water adn felt like i got shotthis ones really really bad but my doctors away and idk what to do. i can get antibiotics tomorrow possible but in the meantime how do i deal with the pain? cuz i tried tylenol and it doesnt work and im in so much pain im crying and it feels like someone shoved a knife up there

Hi... Today I was diagnosed with a small urinary tract infection, that I think came on around Saturday. Since Wednesday I have had a very bad head cold tons of coughing, runny nose, etc. . Since yesterday, though, I have had this terrible pain in my midsection, front and back. Normally when I get a cold my skin gets very sensitive. But this is something I've never experienced my lower back is in constant pain, be I lying down, sitting, especially walking. When I take a step it's as if my spine is breaking. My stomach is always in pain, and sometimes I get nausea. I don't know how I can deal with this I can't go to classes, I can barely sleep. Does someone know why this happening and what to do to get it to stop?The doctor today said that it was probably due to the UTI, but I just don't see how it could cause this much pain...
I've had a urinary tract infection for a week, should I go to a doctor?
I don't actually have a doctor though, should I go to planned parenthood or the local emergency care place? Or just try to let it pass on it's own?

Hello. I have been dealing with urinary tract infections ever since I was 15 years old. 3 or four maybe a year. I was recently at the ER last week because I was peeing out spots of blood in my urine after I had initially went to the bathroom practically clenching my teeth so much to the point that they'd crack.Right now I am on Nitrofurantoin 100mg, twice a day andPhenazopyridine 200mg 3 times a day.It has been a 4 days since I have went to the ER and my symptoms are barely getting any better.I have an appointment with my Doctor to follow up Tuesday. I don't know If I can hold out that long.The last 3 times in the past year I was prescribed Sulfameth sp . finally, after begging my doctor to refer me to a kidney specialist and urologist, he agreed he would this time when i came in IF HE FELT NECESSARY ... BUT the Dr at the ER had told me to recommend not only a urologist and kidney specialist, but to be put on an everyday pill. I need this pill definitely. I am in so much pain and have been dealing with this for so long, I was just wondering what I can do to help myself feel more comfortable and in less pain.. Because the doctors Im going to havent been seeming to help me with anything, and if it does, the infection comes back. I know how to prevent a urinary tract infection, and what to do, but im afraid after the doctors not going the extra step, my kidneys and bladder may be damaged, and obviously the urinary tract itself..Especially with the ammount of infections ive had since 15. and I'm going to be 22 in July.

Hi. I am a female. I am not sexually active, never have been. I am 20. I have VERY frequent urination... with burning at the very end of going. After I go, I still feel like I REALLY need to go, with burning as well still, but not as bad as the burning I get when I finish going... if that makes sense. I'm trying to cut back on drinking because Ih ave stuff I have to do and don't want to be going to the bathroom every 15 minutes. Also, the area right above is very sensitive, my lower abdomen. When I touch it, it is sore and makes me feel like I have to go really bad even more. This has been going on for several weeks now, and has only gotten worse. My mom refuses to take me to the doctor, and since I can't drive I have no way to take myself. My urine looks cloudy at times also. But not all of the time. Oh, and... when I going like, every 15 30 minutes, it can be clear, and barely anything comes out.. not a lot. Does anybody know what this is? If it sounds like a UTI?
I am constantly getting a urinary tract infection, I am on my 4th treatment since February 5th...?
I am not sexually active and have not been since November of last year. But I started getting a urinary tract infection on February 5th and I am on my 4th treatment of antibiotics. My doctor told me that I also have a bacterial infection which is caused from the urinary tract infection. I am a VERY clean person. I do wipe front to back. I ONLY use a mild soap Ivory when I wash myself, and I have been using Ivory for the longest time now. I am not having sex. I do not wear tight clothing. I do not use douches.I am going crazy trying to figure out why I keep getting these. It is becoming irritating He has taken cultures from me and that is when he noticed I had a bacterial infection and he is treating me right now for that. At first I was taking Bactrim, then the second time I took Macrobid, then I was on Amoxicillin and now I am on Flagyl.I am not a swimmer. This is driving me insane I am the most cleanest person ever. Especially when it comes to that area.
How do i get rid of a urinary tract infection fast?
Ive been suffering for only a few days but still it sucks being at school not knowing if u actually have to use the restroom or not. Help please I cant buy anything so things i might have around the house. Thanks
