Possible urethritis, no sexual contact?
I have had no sexual contact ever but i do masterbate excessivley. around 4 days ago i had burning sensation at my urethral opening after urinating and i still have a minor burning sensation after i urinate. my urine does not look or smell any different. the burning sensation comes a few minutes after i urinate and my urethral opening looks irritated. im 18, is it possible i have a minor case of urethritis?
If somebody has urethritis and ejaculates into th emouth of his partner, can she get infected also?
perhaps w a sore throat as a symptom? my boyfriend got diagnosed w urethritis and i now i have a sore throat that only occurred after we fooled around together and i swallowed.

I just read about a case of possible urethritis which supposedly has lasted for a year.Could it last that long? And if it can, what are the effects?Permanent deformation? And it can only be treated with surgery?

Well Ive been to the std clinic and my test or neg for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. Is there anyway to contract NGU if both partners arn't cheating. I know NGU is a form of bacteria..so can you get it from the germs in your mouth if your giving oral sex?
I was diagnosed with urethritis and given medicine but im still having problems?
I plan on going back to the health clinic sometime this week, its kind of far because Im in College about 2 hours away . When I went there I said I thought maybe a UTI because my mom gets them ALL the time and ive had UTI symptoms for the past YEAR ... maybe someone should just kill me and put me out of my misery?hhah I really coudnt afford to go to the doctor when I first had symptoms.The start of the pain happened after I was constipated and I pushed really hard and I guess my urethra prolapsed, basically stopped being held in place, I'm just guessing that is what happened, there was noticably something sticking out when I looked down there, but eventually I guess it went back in place because it didnt bother me anymore until now a year later for the year though, every other month I had symptoms of a UTI, burning and pain with urination, cloudy urine, felt like I had to go all the time and nothing would come out. On top of it Ive noticed that I have really weak PC muscles , is it possible that it was misdiagnosed as urethritis when it isnt an inflamation its just out of place? Im 99 % positive its not an STD Ive only not used protection with my current boyfriend and hes been tested.What are your opinions, Im going to the doctor soon but that wont be for a few days
I had urethritis for two weeks untreated, will I get better eventually?
It took me going through four doctors to get a diagnosis and antibiotics. I fished my antibiotics 3 day but am still a bit uncomfortable, although not as bad as before. I am so mad mad mad at the doctors. Can I expect to be healed anytime soon?

Hello,I'm a 25 year old Asian male. About three years ago, I had urethritis symptoms so I met an urologist in Japan. As I remember, it was diagnosed as NGU but I'm not 100 % sure. I took a urine test, took some prescribed antibiotics, and after few days, I could feel all the symptoms were cured. Since then, I had no major symptoms of urethritis for the past three years.Since 10 days ago, however, I started to feel the symptoms of urethritis again. I don't think that they are the major symptoms as I had three years ago but they still have caused a quite bit of discomfort. Because I do not have an insurance in the States and thought that these symptoms were temporary, I just got some antibiotics from my friend amoxicillin 500mg , took it three times for three days, drank two cups of no sugar cranberry juice every day. Although the symptoms have been subsided, I still feel some minor symptoms. My current symptoms are as follows 1. Slight burning sensation on the tip of penis Ten days ago I felt this in every two to three hours. Once I start to feel it, it lasts about 10 30 minutes. However, I do not feel any burning sensation WHILE urinating. Now, I feel this once in every 12 to 24 hours. 2. Sharp pain like something pinching at the opening of urethera or inside penis Ten days ago, I felt this pain like 5 to 6 times a day. Now, I only feel this once in a day or two may be just before I go to bed . 3. Slight soreness inside penis Ten days ago I feIt this like 2 to 4 times a day. Now I only feel this once in every two to three days . 4. I haven't seen any discharge since I had the symptoms. Also, I haven't felt any discomfort WHILE urinating. I haven't had any sexual intercourse for the past two months. However, ten days ago, I did masturbate. I think this caused all the symptoms I described above because they all started since the day I masturbated. Furthermore, I have had a bad sleeping pattern for the past couple weeks I had to sit down on my desk chair for a long time, work overnight, and etc. I have the following questions 1. I do not have any more of amoxicillin and cannot get any antibiotics from my friend. My symptoms have been subsided but I don't feel 100 % well. May be.. 95 % cured?? If I take some good rest for few days, do you think I would feel 100 % well again? Or, should I make a doctor's appointment immediately?2. I'm staying near Philadelphia, PA. For making an appointment with urologist, taking the urine test if necessary , and getting antibiotics, how much should I expect to pay? I do not have an insurance in the States and I'm not familiar with the medical process here in the States.3. In 5 to 6 weeks, I will be going back to Japan. I have an insurance there. If I only have current minor symptoms, would it be OK to wait for 5 6 weeks to meet doctor? Based on my description of CURRENT symptoms, do you think it's necessary to meet a doctor here right now?Thank you for reading my long story. I would really appreciate your sincere answer. Urethritis- what not to do?
I was just diagnosed with urethritis, not caused by an STD. I can open up the hole of my penis and see inflammation redness where the urethra starts . I have decided to stop drinking alcohol and also trying to stop masturbation. I try to drink a lot of water to dilute my urine because every time it is dark yellow, the pee hurts tremendously.Anyone know of any other ways to help heal urethritis, or if what I am doing is correct?Thank you for responses, I've had this pain for 10 months now, with no resolve.
