I had urethral strictures, and had my first minor operation using dilatation. A metal tube is inserted my penile opening to widen the urethra. Can this cure urethral strictures? my doctor said that urethral strictures are recurring, and that I have to do this every year to keep it widened.Please let me know if there is big hope for no recurring strictures in the future. What causes a urethral stricture?
A while back I was diagnosed with Chlamydia Tracomatis, the STD. I had the infection in my system for around 3weeks to month at the most before being treated with 1.5 of Zithromax. But ever since I treated it almost a year ago, my urine flow changed dramatically from before Chlamydia and after. Now the stream looks deflected, and I pee alot less urine and with a less forceful stream. It stings sometimes, not always just tinly while im peeing. More than before. It doesnt bother me too much anymore, just curious. I got chlamydia after having unprotected sex with a 17 year old girl I didnt know much i was 16 at the time. Now im just wondering if this is a URETHRAL STRICTURE caused by chlamydia or if it could be worse?I found out that HPV causes penile cancer, I never got a HPV test done after unprotected sex, and I asked the girl about most infections diseases except HPV. She got checked and treated for chlamydia like a day after my diagnosis. But I never asked her about HPV. Does HPV always cause cancer? What are the chances that HPV triggered penile cancer in the year that has passed? Could I have penile cancer w out a visible or touchable lump? Another question on penile cancer treatment, depending on the stage is it possible for penis to remain there and just get treated with radiation or chemo without necessity of penectomy?I am not saying I have penile cancer, its just a worry. To me its either Urethral Stricture or Penile Cancer which I will get diagnosed soon, but please shed some light on this. The only symptom is decreased urine flow, deflected urine stream and tingling ever since treated for chlamydia.

About 5 years ago as a 13 year old male I recall masturbating rather vigorously, thrusting onto a pillow in bed. I do remember hearing a cracking sound, but never really thought much of it, bc i didnt experience any immediate pain or pain to come afterwards. With time, i developed scar tissue on the underside shaft of the penis. I still didn't think much of it, bc i assumed my doctor had noticed it during our checkups, and my gf didnt complain. Now 18, Im starting to notice things like I cant pee as longer as I used to, even after the incident. Im started to believe whats ever wrong is getting worse gradually, and im only starting to realize it. I find myself going to the bathroom more than usual, with only modest water consumption. Is this certain damage to my urethra? What other complications could have arose from said? Could this unusual incident at an early stage of puberty stunted growth? Could it have affected my kidney which could hav caused other problems?long post sorry
