I have a stye what can I do to reduce the swelling on my eye its bad and it looks nasty?
Im already taking antibiotics and putting eye drops but it dont seem my swelling to go down

I can see that my eyelid is about to form a stye, and if possible, I want to get rid of it before it even swells further. Is there anything I can do, or do I just have to wait it out?

I saw where you could use a tea bags for styes but I didn't know if it really mattered what type of tea bag you used. I know you're not suppose to pop styes, and I had a warm face cloth on it and when I pulled it away there was puss and a little blood coming out idk if that's bad or good. And I've had it for about 5 days by the way.

Yesterday my eyelids were feeling a bit bruised but they looked fine do I thought nothing of it. Today it's a bit swollen but you can't tell unless your look really close. It's tender but not red and my vision is fine. There is no white bump.It looks just like my other eye but it just feels bruised. I checked underneath my upper lid and it just looks a bit red. There is no bump and it just feels sore and full of fluid. If its a stye how long would it last if I kept applying hot compresses. Could it be something else? I don't wear glasses or contacts and I have been staying up late playing video games in the dark. Help thank you.

I had a stye develop a few days ago, then this morning when I woke up I could barely open my eye and it was so swollen and huge on my eye lid. I've been treating it with tea bags and eye lid wipes. My question is are stye's contagious and if so how much? I have a 8 1 2 month old daughter and I'm scared of her gettin it. I clean her hands and face constantly, wash my hands, and make sure I or her don't touch my eyes.
Can a busted Stye cause Pink Eye?
I usually get tiny little styes along the edge of my eyelid that bust and go away with no pain or puss. When I got one yesterday, it was larger than normal busted this afternoon. I was tired from work and had a headache so I took a nap. I wake up and now it looks more like I have pink eye, but the area of the stye is what hurts and is the source of the " eye goo." My entire eyeball is red along with both upper and lower lids. My vision is slightly blurred. My eye is dry and itchy. Did my luck run out and I just finally get a really bad stye, or do I have both from the stye busting and it giving me a pink eye infection? I have drops for pink eye but not for styes should use both, either one or neither?
