Is it possible that i have sinusitis?
I keep having headaches around my eye area for the past week, but i get them a lot anyway, But last night, i noticed a really bad pain like a migraine in my Nose, and it hasn't gone away untill today, i have taken some paracetamol And its still there like a bruise, it hurts to move my top lip because it feels like a stretchy feeling or something lol, im 13 female.. Never experienced anything like this before, but a day or 2 before that i had a really bad pain under my eye on the same side right of my Face. Not really sure what this is.. Please help me. thanksP.S i forgot to mention, its around my nostril area, no swelling or redness, just really painful.

i have been getting a blocked right nostril for roughly a year now i do get hay fever each yea and i went to the doctor he said i have sinusitis and reccomended a nasal spray and a course of anti biotics it did work but about a week after finishing the anti biotics it came back i get this really bad breathe from it it smells really bad i am wondering if it is sinusitus or something more serious as my health is taking a downward spiral i get heart palpitations and chest pains allot and also constipated allot i really dont no what to do anymore
Can sinusitis cause increase in smell and sound sensitivity?

HelloNext week I am having a colonoscopy and endoscopy done on the same day. At the appt with gastro doctor she said I would be knock out, but I am still scared cause that saying is very vague as i have heard that they just use versed and you technically feel everything but don't remember it much. Do they do general anesthetic cause by the way she said it she was but I didn't ask I am only a teenager so would that be more of a reason why they would use GA?Thanksplease helpand nice comments only, not mean hate comments, i am just looking for help... just to add I have a sinus infection at the moment with a cough will that affect anything to do with anesthesia? and the test is being done in a hospital with anesthetist so does that make a difference Pagolini. I have like a sinus infection and sore throat with cough. I am having two operations one completely under general on Thursday for a ORIF remova in my foot an haveing anesthetic with intubation. Does that make a difference if it's more than just sinus ?

I've been getting horrificly bad headaches for the past weekish, I thought it was hayfever cus it just appeared one day and it's at the bridge of my nose and spreading into my eye socket, and I was sneezing constantly etc. I do get pretty bad hayfever, and have a lot of allergies but it's now got worse and it's just so painful all around my eyes and forehead and I'm light sensitive etc. Tried paracetamol and ibuprofen but nothing helps, and I have a steroid nasal spray pprescribed cus I thought it was hayfever originally, only been taking this for about a week
What's the best OTC medication for nasal congestion DUE TO sinusitis/sinus infection?

How to prevent developing sinusitis?
I often get sinusitis as a result of an improperly treated cold. I no longer have a cold but I feel the signs I know already. That sort of weird feeling under the cheekbones, headache and stuffy ears. It doesn't hurt yet as it normally does and I don't have a fever which makes me think that I can do something about it at the beginning it will be fine.I don't want to be ill this long. What can I do at the moment?I was told by a doctor that the condition of the sinuses after a cold makes them very susceptible to bacteria. And now I think I feel the infection starting.

when the sinuses are blocked which may be caused by sinusitis could it have an effect on the the color of the eye by changing its color or causing a depigmentation in the iris?

hi, i have been diagonised with chronic sinusitis and my doctor have told me to go for a surgery as medicines aren't affecting. i have no problem with that .......i just want to make sure that what is the guarantee that it won't happen me again ??
Sinusitis surgery and smoking ?
My boyfriend has been smoking cigaretts and weed for 5 years now he's 18 . He wants to quit smoking darts but he finds it too hard to overcome the physical cravings.He has chronic sinusitis now and it makes him snore not breathe properly often during his sleep, as well as giving him headaches and trouble catching his breath.I know they recommend not to smoke for 3 weeks before surgery, but even if he does a bit, will he be able to after ? Will it hurt him if he tries, or stop the healing ?Either way I was just wondering, since it'd be amazing to have him recover and realize he got over nicotine withdrawal.Thank you
