I keep getting ringworms?
I take showers everyday. And I clean my shower constantly. I never use the same towel or rags twice without washing them. I only come in contact with water when I'm washing myself. I do no type of gardening what so ever. My shower head thing the water comes out of is always clean. Why do I keep getting these ringworms on my body? It's only on my legs and arms and there is always only about three of them. I've been getting them since I was like six What could be causing them? My doc told me before when I had something kinda like a ringworm that those came from not drying off completely. So I started drying off completely and they went away with meds. But these are the typical ringworms I have now. I don't have any pets. My cousin gets them all the time but I do not come in contact with him. for those who don't know, it's a fungal infection

Can you completely get rid of tinea/ringworm?
Ok, so two years ago in the summer I noticed a small pink dry spot on my collarbone area, didn't really give it much thought until another one appeared on the side of my neck, one on my scruff, and some on my torso. Since women in my family are generally prone to skin conditions, I started freaking out, went to the dermatologist who said I had ringworms and prescribed an ointment. I applied it for a few weaks, didn't go swimming as I was told, only showered and didn't take a bath for a while as I was told all the spots disappeared. Now, exactly two years later I see a small, dry pink spot at the base of my neck, it's not itchy, neither flaky, nor sore, it doesn't sting when it comes in contact with water, but it looks really similar to the ones I had two years ago. Does this mean if you have ringworm for once it never really goes away, only withdraws and outbreaks depending on your stress level, or did I just catch it again? It's not like chicken pox, right? Once you get it you'll never get it again? It's about 7 mm in diameter, or about the size of a pinkie finger nail, and since I have short hair, it's pretty visible. Ok, I'm not exactly a pale vampire but I'm caucasian with a rather fair skin tone.

Is this ringworm or nummular eczema?
Around New Years, I had a circular, dime sized rash on my upper leg. It didn't itch, but it was red, flaky, and raised, just how ringworm looks. So I went to the pharmacy and got some Lotrimin and started the 4 week treatment as directed for ringworm. It got noticeably lighter at the end of treatment, but it's still there. Now it's mid april and I've been lazy about putting anything on it for a month or so.. I put Absorbine on it, alcohol, tea tree oil, apple cider vinegar... nothing makes it go completely away. I'm wondering if it's just a scar left from it. Also, it's on my upper thigh, and I always have that part of my leg covered, so I don't know how I would have gotten it. The cats I'm around don't have ringworm, either. I'm very clean and take showers frequently so I have no idea how I would have gotten it, if it really is ringworm. Again, it never itched, and it hasn't spread anywhere else. I went to the doctor and they didn't do any tests or anything. So don't tell me to go there because they won't help me.also, I shined a blacklight over it and it didn't glow, but I looked up the blacklight test for ringworm and some forms of ringworm don't glow...

I have 4 small ringworms on my sholder & 3 small ones on my neck. answer all the questions please.?
i have antifungal cream & its called clotrimazole it says for athletes foot & ringworms.. does it work good??? and is it okay to put small bandages over it before i go to sleep, because im afraid it will spread where its touching the cover & my whole body touches the cover or would i be okay?? how long would it take it to go away if i keep using the cream and not scratching because i scratched spots and touchs other areas of my body and thats how i got it on my face, so its contagious right??
Ringworm problem that wont go away ?
so my doctor told me i had ringworm like 2 months ago. ive been putting the medicine on it everyday but it wont go away. like its still fully red and swollen. its on the inside of my elbow to so it hurts to bend my arm. and it didnt burn at all before and now its killing me. like its burning and itching. i forgot to put medicine one day but i started the next day again. so why wont it go away and why is it all of a sudden hurting. and i dont know if this matters but i had a spider bite on the same arm just a little higher up about 6 months ago. and it was a posinious spider so i had to get some dead skin tissue removed. could that have anything to do with it ? Thanks.
