Help Please I cant sleep.. I think I have restless leg syndrome?
im scared when i start to try to go to sleep its like my mind tells my legs don't sleep don't sleep, they feel weak then I start to get anxiety. I can't sleep, help is something wrong with my brain transmitters not sending the message to my body to rest. what will hap pen to me.I am also on depressant medication LExapro and I am going off of it cold turkey.. I hate this drug its gives me migrains and makes me slur my speech.. Doctors just give you other medication that kills you slowly.. i cant win.i feel so irritated.. I want to sleep but my mind and legs are fighting it I am so scared.
Any home remedies for restless legs?

and now my doctor just prescribed Ambien for insomnia, are these all safe to take within hours of each other? I had been sleeping on a pretty hard surface for some time now The last 2 nights i have slept in a very soft bed, it has one of those foam mattress tops..i think its called memory foam, but its just a top placed over a mattress..These last 2 mornings i have woke up with a sore right calf lower leg..it's restless, like i need to move it..im well aware of the whole restless leg syndrome, but it seems odd it started 2 days ago, the morning after i first switched to this mattress..Any ideas as to what this could be and whether I need to be concerned about restless leg syndrome?

I often suffer from restless legs at night when I m trying to sleep, & it drives me up the wall, especially when I have to be somewhere in the morning, & I ve been kept awake all night by it. does anyone have any tips on getting this thing under control. and how can i encourage my doctor to prescribe them preferably vicodin ? i have RLS but symptoms don't occur exclusively or even primarily at night when i'm trying to fall asleep. i get restless legs when i read, when i'm doing homework, etc. Sleep medication would obviously be useless in those situations. but i think opiates would help.so are opiates often prescribed for situations like mine and how can i get my doctor to prescribe them to me?
