Would a collapsed cyst cause a false positive at home pregnancy test?
I went to the emergency room on Friday may 11 for really bad pain in my abdomen they did a pregnancy test and it came back negative so they did a ct scan with the contrast due and everything came back fine ecept I had a small 1.9cm cyst that ruptured on my left side and that I need to follow up with a obgyn I was suppose to receive my period on the 15th and didn't but saw the obgyn on the 16th and he didn't take a pregnancy test but checked and didn't feel the cyst and said it wasn't a concern and that it's normal to have my period a few days late because of the cyst well Friday the 18th comes around and still no period so for peace of mind I took 2 at home pregnancy test and both came back positive it's now Monday the 21st I don't have a single symptom I'm not sleepy or craving anything don't have and breat tender or soreness or nausea I just have the same stomach pain I went into the ER with it feel like cramping and I have an appointment to see the Gyno tommorow afternoon but am looking for some info before that. Am I pregnate why would I have had a negative in the hospital on Friday only 4 days before my missed period and why do I have no symptoms if the at home test is positive could the collapsed cyst cause a wrong reading?

It's been 3 years since I had my daughter and I didn't do anything about the weight...how do I get rid of it now? I am a stay at home mom, and we live in an apartment complex near a highway...no park so walking or whatever outside is not possible. Any ideas would be great Thanks And by the way, it's a lot of stomach and thighs...and butt....lol

i had unprotected sex with my ex about a month ago 2 weeks after my period. i had my period about a week early and it only lasted 3 4 days. ive been breaking out in hive like rashes on my stomach around my belly button, my hips and my arms. i havent been feeling good either but that could just be stress from possibly being pregnant right? its been a month since un protected sex and i started getting these hive like bumps a week after. anyone know whats going on??
Ways to make intercourse less painful during pregnancy?
Im no stranger to intercourse being complicated during pregnancy. The moment I become pregnant penetration becomes difficult. I shorten & tighten. Its simple enough to just keep penetration shallow, & to take lots of time so that tightness is no longer a problem.I recently was treated for a BV infection. Which was just one days worth of antibiotics. This has happened in all of my pregnancies as well. I get pregnant, I shorten, I tighten, & I have to be treated for BV.But, ever since then it doesn't seem to matter what we do. No type of lube, no brand of condom or lack of common works. It feels like sandpaper. I have two more weeks before my next appointment, but would like some idea before I go in. There's no bleeding, but it's so much like sandpaper its unbearable.
With low progesterone, what does that mean for pregnancy?
I have always had irregular cycles and for the last year I have been taking 200mg of progesterone days 19 28 through my cycle to regulate it as prescribed by my doctor . I took my medicine in April and had a normal cycle, but was not able to get my prescription filled this month due to funds and am on day 34 of my cycle. For the last year I have never been past day 29. I was only supposed to be taking the medicine temporally, but I am nervous that my body still does not produce sufficient progesterone. What effect exactly does progesterone have on your cycle, and if I am to get pregnant, what effect will having low progesterone have on the pregnancy?What effectAre there natural progesterone supplements I can buy at a normal store and not order through a doctors office?
Question about pregnancy...?
I need advice on the question of pregnancy. My girlfriend has an extreme fear of pregnancy and I don't know what to do. I'm usually good at giving advice and making her feel better but this one subject is impossible. And once the her mind gets on it the whole night is over and shes practically crying in fear. I try my best to be there and understand it and comfort her and listen to her but its so difficult. She gets mad and says I need to listen to her fear and show interest by asking questions but every time I ask a question she says either she doesnt wanna talk about it or " you already know the answer" . I just feel lost and drained. I want kids and so does she but she has a fear of the pain and everything. Her fear is so bad though that I don't even know if I want kids anymore. I just feel drained and spent. We're not sexually involved till marriage anyways so we have a little while before thats an actual problem. I just need advice on how I can comfort her with this and help ease her fear.

im 16 and I really want to know this, is it because they dont use condoms, or is it because the condom breaks or what? I want to know what to avoid doing if I'm ever in a situation to do it.

I'm dying to do some toning on my arms I've been told that regular push ups are unsafe during pregnancy because of the stress it puts on your abdomen, but what about on your knees push ups?If not, could you suggest any other effective toning strategies for upper arms?Thank you

I'm 22 weeks pregnant and I remember ever since like a week before I even found out I was pregnant my boyfriend always kept asking me if I was sick cause I just felt hot. But I never really felt sick besides I kept having a headache but after a while I got used to it. Even now my boyfriend STILL says I feel like I have a fever or something.Is this normal? Because I've never really noticed.Also I always hear women say how there breast hurt during pregnancy but mine's never hurt. My nipples just are more sensitive not in a painful way but I never really ever got turned on by people messing with my breast but ever since I've been pregnant. It just feelssensitive .Is this normal also?
Why do I get pregnancy synthoms when im on my period ?
it feels really bad. Should I go see a doctor? I feel like throwing up alot & then I get so dizzy but this only happens when im on my month like now & everytime I take pills I'm taking some vitamins & pain killers for my lowerback pain, since I always get them when im on my period and when I place them in my mouth & feel like throwing up D is this normal?
Besides the risk of STDs and unwanted pregnancy, what other downsides are there to sex?
Contraceptive implant...pregnancy tests?
I'm probably being really paranoid to be honest...I have the contraceptive implant but the past few days have had sore tender nipples so am paranoid that i could be pregnant...however, the implant makes me have completely irregular erratic periods so when would i actually take a pregnancy test? Never had sore tender nipples before and its only the nipples, not my actaul breasts that are sore... Maybe im just being overly paranoid...?

I've just not been feeling myself lately.. I'm 24, in a long term relationship, having unprotected sex because we've talked about it in depth, and are both ready if pregnancy does happen. My period was 10 days late and only lasted 2 days when its usually more like 4 , it was quite red, and nowhere near as heavy as it usually is. I normally get a lot of period pain too, but I didn't get any this time. My breasts have been sore, but that seems to have gone away in the last couple of days.. I'm nearly always tired, even after having 10 12 hours sleep the previous night, most nights I am utterly exhausted, so much so that it brings me to tears, and I can't keep my eyes open. Getting headaches mostly only mild ones though and have been getting bouts of nausea especially when on buses, which has never happened before I did a test today and got a negative result. I'm not ill, I don't have a cold, or feel run down, or stressed or anything, so I can't think of any logical reason why these things are happening.Any ideas would be great, as I don't want to start worrying and cause my next period to be even later Thanks.
