My doctor has tested me for chlamydia because i have been having stomach pains for a while and ive been tested for everything else possible.The last time i had sex was 5 months ago, so thats when i would of got infected by it.If the test comes back possitive, and i do have it, how will it be treated? And if it has developed into PID is it too late for that to be treated? I dont get my results for 6 more days and im really worried, please help?

Yesterday, I got a call from my OB GYN saying I tested positive for chlamydia. She then called a perscription for Azithromycin which I took immediately after pick up. This morning I woke up and the lympth node under my armpit hurts and is bulging a little bit. I really want to be able to have children with my fiance and I've read about the fuyan pill? It's extremely expensive and I cannot afford it right now. Is there any other treatments that will treat PID?Also, should I go to urgent care right now? Thank you.
