I want to treat my pcos naturally. Any supplements that can help treat my symptoms?
Can a 14 year old have pcos? Read below- and will I have to do another blood test to get diagnosed?
So I've gotten many blood tests in my pasts because of my autoimmune disease, I don't want another, my most recent was a few Morgan ago though, I have very dark facial hair, and hair on my back, and I'm not sure if I have pcos... I also don't want a vagina ultrasound haha I've gotten ultrasounds before and that just writes me out. Since I have gotten blood tests before wouldn't they have told me if i had pcos? lets just say if I have pcos... and I get fixed.. once I get fix ....will my body hair that's not supposed to be there that pigment will go away or a least get lighter like chest hair and belly hair .. I am 16 by the way..
Will this affect my blood test results for pcos?
I have a test for pcos blood and I have been eating very little gluten and exercising a lot. I know they're things to do to treat it so will it affect the test results? I've heard of people not being diagnosed because the levels are too low of insulin and other hormones.
Dealing with pcos and dairy?
I'm 15 and I self diagnosed myself with pcos about 4 months ago and prior to that I went to see a endocrinologist and after getting tests done it was indeed confirmed that I did have pcos. I have been following a pcos friendly diet for about a month now and I fell upon a video that said that pcos patients must not consume dairy. That really hit me hard since I love milk and cheese and just recently, my endocrinologist told me to go buy and consume Vitamin D3 because of my low calcium. How does this make sense? Should I get rid of dairy foods in my diet and consume just the Vitamin D3 or what?
Having pcos normal 28 cycle suddenly changes as 35 day cycle?
I am under folicular study I took 2 folic study in 1st study my folic released as 28 days period cycle... but in 2nd study my cycle changed as 35 day cycle y its occur? ... and I am taking tablets of metformin and estradiol valerate 2mg this tablet only for 10 days after folic release pls tell me I am trying for 6 months .... can I have chance to pregnant? I am too worry about this my age 22 years
I may have pcos, do I have scar tissue inside?
Sometimes while my husband and I are having sex there's little chunks of white left on the base of him. Other times my vaginal lubrication isn't clear but white and leaves a almost powdery, dry residue on him. I haven't been diagnosed with pcos yet but doctor thinks that's my condition. I'm only nineteen but have had problems since I hit puberty and am worried. Also when i m not on bc pills I have regular white discharge but can lubricate during sex. While I'm on the pill I'm dry.. normal?

I have got pcos which makes you gain a lot of weight which would explain why I have struggled to loose weight on any diet for the past 4 years the most I have lost is 1 stone that is with a very strict diet and a lot of exercise months after I carried on with this diet I struggled to loose anything past 1 stone my GP referred me to a specialist who suggested trying some weight loss tablets that are suppose to absorb fat what are these ? and do they work? how will it affect me as I have pcos so I will struggle to have kids and I don't want anything making my chances any slimmer
Information on how to deal with PCOS?
Today at the doctors I was diagnosed with pcos Polycystic ovary syndrome I'm only 16 and I have a little bit of acne on my cheeks but don't have any excessive hair growth. I've also looked up on this via websites such as 'NHS' and stuff where they're saying stuff about being infertile? I have no idea how to deal with all this information and as I'm only young I'm worried that in future I will never be able to have children? Does anyone have any experience of having this condition?I don't think I'm overweight.. I'm 5'5 and weigh 9stone

I'm told by my doctors losing weight will help with the symptoms of pcos. One of the symptoms is that it's harder to lose keep off weight. Does anyone have any tips?

Light bleeding after multiple unprotected instances of intercourse(TTC with PCOS), could I still be pregnant?
Hi there, this may be a little bit graphic so I apologize. I'll try to keep it as simple as possible. I was diagnosed with pcos five years ago. I have irregular periods and have not been on birth control for over a year and a half. My man and I have had sex many, MANY times over the last week or so including a couple times this morning before he left for work, all in which he came in me. This morning I started to bleed slightly, and I'm not too certain it's period, as I normally have very heavy periods. However I've only been bleeding a couple hours and haven't checked often enough to be certain. I apologize for the long post, my question is could I be pregnant? I'd say our average has been 5 7 times a day at least over the last week. Note my gyno that diagnosed me with pcos told me she didn't forsee me having issues with fertility, and have since not been told otherwise when I asked. If that helps. Pcos cramps can't stand the pain help?!?
I am currently in the hottest bath and the cramps are still bad it is 11 at night and I can't sleep I have pcos and I haven't stopped bleeding in 3 months right when I think it's about to stop here it comes My gyno has put me on birth control it its not working I feel like my ovaries are about to fall out I threw up because the pain Is so bad What helps? Help anyone ,
