Anybody knows a treatment for obesity?
Hi I am 50 years old man. I use to work like crazy. Now I am 3 years without work. I gained a lot of weight. I am sitting all the day in front of the computer. If I start moving I sweat too much and I smell terrible. I feel sick this is a sickness. I do not eat more than before. I do not know what to do to bring myself back to his natural order. I would be grateful for every advice suggestion.

It saddens me to see this happening in my country. 60 % of our country is overweight, that is more than half. Most people think it is only 30 %, but 30 percent is only the percentage of obese people. 60 % of our population is overweight and 30 % out of that 60 are obese. This means only 40 % of our population are healthy. What are your opinions on this?
What REALLY leads to obesity?
Ok. Before u say... " Eating too much" .I've been thinking about this...I am average weight. I'm 5'7 and weigh 168.I've never been thin or overweight. However, I have friends who are on both sides. My skinny friends seems like she always is hungry. It seems as if she eats constantly. When we go out to lunch that girl can EAT My obese friend on the other hand seems to ot be hungry as much. When we go out to eat she eats, but not as much as we do. One thing is my skinny friend doesn't care about losing weight but my obese friend is all she can think about. She hates how she looks. I think they both look fabulous butvi really am starting to question. Is it society's pressure to be thin, because I honestly don't beleve the whole " genetics " bull. if it were like that my friends would all be fat. Is it the constant starving yourself, eating emotionally, pressure to be thin? What do you think....?
