I am going through menopause and hormones are off what can i take natural and i have a lot of belly fat?
Have you tried any of the over-the-counter post-menopause solutions?
Products such as Remifemin, Promensil or Stroven and did they help with hot flashes and night sweats
19 years old...early menopause?never horny?
im 19 years old and im curious as to why i get hot flashes all the time...im ALWAYS sweating. my friends will be freezing and im always hot ..i dont feel normal. i got my thyroids tested, and theyre normal. im not sure what is wrong with me honestly. is it the medication im on? ive been on lexapro and effexor for years...is it too much? i stilll have really bad anxiety, but i dont want to change medication bc im scared. im currently in cosmotology school and one of my clients is a nurse..she said i could be going thru early menopause...then i thought about it and realized that it could be true because anytime i hook up with a guy i CANT GET WET. no matter how much foreplay or how good it feels...ive always had this problem and it sucks. i feel like im an old lady ive never had an orgasm during intercourse either. the only way i can is by hanging off the side of my bed and scooting up and down. its a thing ive done since i was little and had to climb the ropes in gym class..i discovered that it felt amazing and i havnt stopped since. i feel like no one else has this problem and i hate this..someone PLEASE help me. i hate myself and dont feel normal
Is it possible to get through menopause without takin HRT?
I am 50 and having some menopausal symptoms. I take menopace supplements and black cohosh. However i am experiencing extreme anxiety, loss of memory and confidence. I have a stressful job and i am really struggling to cope. I find that i cant seem to make a decision.I am scared of HRT as worry that i will gain weight and that i am just delaying the enivtable as assume you cant take it for ever ??Can anyone suggest any product for anxiety? Or does anyone recommend HRT?

Today I am having a heavy period like I used to. Is this normal during menopause? Every female in my family has had a hysterectomy, except me, so I don't have a family history where menopause is concerned.I should add that I'm 52 years old. My period 10 months ago was the last time I bled. No spotting or anything. When I started the other night, it took me by complete surprise because I had no symptoms.But, the next morning I made up for it with cramping, bloating, leg cramps, and a major headache. I don't relish the thought of having to begin a 12 month count all over again.Thank you everyone for your help.

After months of trying to ask her, she finally deciced to make a DR's appointment Monday. However, I was wondering if there is anything to help her. She has BAD cramps... blood like everywhere, not your regular period.... this is after she has not had a period for 6 months. She feels very faint. Is not on birth control, not sexually active... maybe menopause? I just want to ease her pain... and she is about 47. Any ideas how to make her feel better? She is taking Midol, is that the only thing she can do now?
Early menopause or PCOS?
My daughter is in her mid 20's. She has no periods, when she did first get them at age of 16 they were about once a year. She suffers from bad skin and excess hair. When she has visited the doctor to get investigation into it the female doctor asked her if she wanted to have PCOS. Well as if you would she just wants a diagnosis and suitable treatment.She did have an eating disorder when a student the doctors didn't take it seriously and never gave her any help.One told her maybe she was supposed to be that weight another sent her to rheumatogogy clininc because she was always cold.What would you advise. With the cuts in NHS funding is she likely to get any help from the NHS. I think she may be post menopause and need HRT to keep her hormones level. I'm only 20. There is just something awesome about having a period. I have had my period the previous months followed by a normal vaginal discharge. I did not get mine today and had little to no vaginal discharge. Sometimes, I stick my finger in my vagina to see if it's moist so that i don't have vaginal dryness and I think it's sort of dry but i can still feel it kind of moist. I have been having minor cold with a headache, sore throat, coughing, no sneezing or runny nose. Plus i have been taking apple cider vinegar for 2 days straight, last week or a couple of weeks ago. I also have been having a dream that i got my period last weekend, saw blood from my pad So I thought that maybe my period would start the day after i had this dream. My period has not started yet and it still has not. I also have been over thinking and worried about my college english 101 essays so I might of been a little stressedHopefully my period will be back next month or by the end of this month??Help, thanksBy the way, it's this month where I have not had a periodCome on, now.
