Who has a tumor of the liver defenatly of the liver but it may be behind the prostate and it is swelling due to tumor, female belly looks a little pregnant and she is eating healthy and was given 6 months diagnosis and is not getting treatment. Feels good but tumor is swelling tummy area. no anemia and heart etc is fine. doesn't really feels sick just uncomfortable from inflammation. does the inflammation go away? dunno if age matters .. 71 years old, good health except the tumor liver cancer.because she is not getting radiation or chemo will she live healthier?takes tylenol for discomfort pain, thats the only pain she gets ..twinges actually.eating EXTREMELY healthy meals for liver cancer people as reccomended. never feels sick etc.I forgot the tylenol actually works

Terminal liver cancer...?
My Grandma has terminal liver cancer. The doctor gave her 2 6 months left to live in August, she's passed that now. She's been doing better, the cancer has spread throughout her body though. She sounded really sick today and said she was getting sharp shooting pains in her head. Could it have gone to her brain? She tried saying it was the weight of her glasses. But I'm really worried, she's been like my Mom and it's killing me to know that it's terminal. So if the doctors were wrong if not now when? I'm so scared I won't get a chance to say goodbye. I just want to know how long people have once it's terminal and has spread throughout the body. Please, and please no mean answers, I can't take it. Thank you.
Survival rate for liver cancer without treatment?
My father is 73 he will be 74 next month He was just diagnosed with stage 2 liver cancer. The oncologist says there is nothing that can be done for him due to the fact that he has small tumors all over his liver. He is not a candidtae for surgery because of the many tumors. Currently we are waiting on the Lahey Clinic to let us know if he can get a transplant, however again the oncologist doesn't believe he will be able to get one because of his age. As of right now we are being told it is nowhere else except for his liver. Can anyone give me feedback on this on what else we can do for him or if someone else has gone through this what the survival rate may be for him. Thanks for any feedback I can get.he also has hepatitis, which he was diagnosed with years ago from serving in the military.Thanks for the answers. It's just so hard to think something just diagnosed could take him away fromm us so quick. As the oncologist told us, he was right, my father is not a candidate for a transplant. So now he has been referred to the Beth Israel Hospital in Boston for a second opinion and hopefully they will have a trial clinic he can join. So at this point I guess we just leave it in Gods hands and let him take over for us from here. Thanks again everyone

doctor gice up now, they o not know what to do to lower the high billirubin pasca 2 month operation, and the age of patien is 75 years old and have diabatic but it is in controle so far....please help......if we want to give alternative medicine will this right way to give the patien?

Is it possible to drink after liver transplant if drinking wasn't the main reason for the liver cancer?I have read in several websites that it is not possible to drink at all, if you got cancer from alcohol...but what if not? Is it possible?Also, is there like some test where you discover what was the reason for the liver cancer infection?Thanks.
