Can bacterial laryngitis get better on its own?without antibiotics?my mom says. Viral things can but bacterial you need to take antibiotics.also is Zithromax the right antibiotic?

Hi. I have had Laryngitis, and I just went to the doctor. He said I was at the end of it, and it would go away in a week. I have had it for 6 days now, and have only missed a half a day of school. I feel pretty gross, but after I take some Advil, I feel better. I still cannot talk very well, but every once in a while, I am able to talk. Should I go to school tomorrow or notThank you
How do you get laryngitis?

I have laryngitis and I need my voice for tomorrow?
I have two tests tomorrow in school so you know, I'd like to be able to talk by then. I've had it for about 6 hours and I've drank about three cups of tea and I've done by best to not talk but I don't think it's working well. I've heard honey or lemon works well but I don't have either in my house at this moment, so any other suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Could I have laryngitis?
I have been sick for the past week. It first started with a sore throat and hurting when I swallow. When this started I bought some Dayquil plus Vitamin C and couch drops. I finished the Dayquil, but nothing changed. I then bought some Nyquil cough and Advil Congestion relief.I have no health insurance so going to the doctor is impossible since I don t have a job and am a broke college student.My symptoms are that I have a stuffed nose, but not very bad. Usually when I am laying down is when it gets stuffed. My main symptom is that I am completely losing my voice. The throat doesn t hurt very much, but I keep coughing and coughing. I cough so much that my throat starts to hurt. It feels like my entire throat is coming out when I cough. Almost like I m hacking like an old man, but I am only 23

How to cure laryngitis in less than a day?
So I had some mucus in my throat earlier today I thought it was just because I ate some cough drops like candy, and Menthol apparently triggers the gland that produces mucus , and it might just leave by tomorrow morning, but I need a surefire thing I sort of lost my voice raspy, my mouth feels parched even after drinking a cup of water, and when I try to speak it's like a bit lower than usual, and really raspy. I really need this cured by tomorrow. Any remedies besides letting my voice rest? Do you think this will be gone by tomorrow? Do you think this is laryngitis or just some bug thingy?I need as many answers as possible, and questions will be answered in the additional details. Thanks I also saw this other remedy, but it requires mouthwash, and I don't have any and can't go buy any now. Is there a replacement for mouthwash?If you mean Ricola, it contains Menthol as well, so it's a no go on that.Laryngitis went away after a few days.
I have Laryngitis and i have some strange symptoms?
I was told by my doctor that i have laryngitis, but since i went home I have developed trouble breathing and swallowing and I don't know if any of this is normal, I am coughing a lot and my throat is extremely sore, and i can barley speak. I have no idea on what to do. Should I seek medical attention?
