I have a great friend who suffers from kyphosis scoliosis?
he is scared of needles and surgery and he is very stubborn but i dont want him to die young he is one of my closest friends i helped him through alot of things school, life, classes, and mean a r s e holes who make fun of him cause he is weird but he isnt and he needs help fast and his family does not have enough money to pay please reply soon thank you he had this disease since he was a litte boy it really hurts bad and it has gotten to the point where his spine is gonna snap through his chest really nobody cares you guys are dicks i hope you burn in hell
How to solve lordosis/kyphosis?

I need to know is i got the right kyphosis diagnosis?
I'm going to have surgery in January for shuermans kyphosis when I took the x rays they didn't tell me to stand straight up so in the x rays my disks were wedged. I can stand straight up and normal and I was wondering if maybe I had postural kyphosis. Would my disks be normal looking in the x rays if I was standing straingt up? I'm in horrible pain all the time docs wont give me anything for it aspirin and skelaxin and flexiril and codeine didn't help he prescribed me percs one time witch helped great. I for some reason have a high tolerance to medicines. Its like they don't metabolize right because I have a very high metabolism so it lasts like thirty minutes and I have to take like eight Vicodin they prescribed me once so I quit those, so I'm really scared they aren't going to give me strong enough meds to help me BC I have such a high tolerance and I'm afraid I'll go into shock or something. I just need someone to answer some of these questions. I'm having it done at Barnes and Jewish at St Louis.
Is It possible to have kyphosis...?
on one side of your body. I just want to know if its possible. I believe I may have a combination of both moderate scoliosis and kyphosis, however on the right side of my body. To know a little about me, I had a physical accident trauma when i was younger, where i fell on the right side of my body. I also, when younger would help my dad in his moving business and also help him a lot with cutting down trees in our yard and picking up heavy trees logs without a back belt . Could this contributed to scoliosis and kyphosis? I plan to go see a chiropractor, to determine if this could be it. Thanks and serious answers are welcomed.

ASKING THIS AGAIN AS I DIDNT REALLY FIND MY ANSWERS USEFUL ENOUGH LAST TIMEOk so i have kyphosis in my back and its been gradually getting worse over the last year and I have a consultants appointment next week and in the last couple of months or so ive noticed if im sitting on a hard surface like a chair or the toilet seat my left leg gets really bad pins and needles really quickly but the right leg doesnt and sometimes my calf muscles will be really insanely sore like ive just run a marathon when i havent really done anything, and ive also noticed that ill all of a sudden really badly need the toilet like urgently and my feet are always cold. Plus ive been getting sudden sharp pains in my mid to lower back and im worried its either my kyphosis or my kidneys could it all be related?? is it something i should mention to my consultant? im just worried because they said that sometimes with curvatures that there could be some nerve damage because of pressure on the spinal cord. only genuine answers please I also get really bad migraines quite oftenbeen tested already for diabetes
For people who have had scoliosis, kyphosis, or lodosis surgery: what do I need during my recovery?
I'm having surgery to correct all three of these issues. What do I need to make my recovery as easy and comfortable as possible? Anything specific clothes, shoes, etc. I should buy? Should I rent a hospital bed? Any entertaining things to do that I am capable of while I recover? Any other tips would be INCREDIBLY helpful. All responses are appreciated Thank you
Kyphosis (hunchback) is causing my depression!?
Ever since ive left high school i have matured and with this maturity brought forward a really saddening fact. I have kyphosis hunchback and it is making me depressed. I try to ignore it but the physical pain keeps reminding me that your backs f up. At this point in my life im working a full time job at a warehouse which is making the pain extreme which is causing anger, fatigue, sadness, thoughts of hurting people, etc. I only have to work this crazy ob for 20 more days and there shutting down so thats an upside. After that im going to educate my self and get a degree cause i cant take heavy lifting and the pain no more. Back to the subject. Ive never felt this way in school but now as i grown it hit me. What i really want in life is a women, but hey who wants a humpback laying in bed with them. This is always running through my mind causing me to get sad. Is there a way to help these thought go away cause its the only thing causing my depression. I was on depression medication in school for many years for reasons my mother wouldnt tell me but i am obedient and i followed her rules. It didnt harm me so i was alright with it. The only reason i want this depression to go away is so i can be my old super happy, funny self again. I had dreams of being a comedian but now this depression from my back disfigurement has brought that down in flames. Im just not the same anymore. Ive tried encouragement like " hey your strong inside fight off the pain, You have a big heart to get up everyday and run through those flames" . Sometimes it works most times it doesn't. Everyday i feel like im being stared at and judged. I really feel this way when im around pretty women. For the last few months Ive been literally blushing quite easily feeling embarrassed just when someone looks at me. When im on a city bus filled with people i just start blushing for no reason. My face would just get hot. Can anyone tell me what can i do. What kind of depression is it. I havent had it before but since these past few years have passed especially these last few months working my dreaded job its worth the pay believe me 17.70 an hour which is really good at my age Ive noticed more an more about my self which is making me mad and hollow inside. Can someone tell me what kind of depression is this? What is up with me blushing so much?
Can Kyphosis be fixed by just doing the exercises?

I'm a 18 year old male that was diagnosed with schuerman's kyphosis. Im 6'3 and roughly around 170 pounds. I don't have pain or anything though and the doctor only gave me 7 psyhical therapys, so I thought why bother going to any. Im also in great shape though, but before I would spend a lot of time playing videogames hunched over when I was younger and always use to sleep on my stomach. I was wondering if I should make another doctors appointment to het a second opinion and see if anything can be done? and my sophmore year was in weight training and use to do all excersises except back

Has anyone had success with helping their kyphosis by doing back exercises? Did doing them help to lower your pain level? And which ones did you do?
