i'm 24 and cum too fast. it hasn't always been like this but the past few months have been tough for me to stop myself from cumming. even if i take it out i cant hold it back and just end up cumming anyway.my girlfriend an i have been together 21 2 years and haven't used condoms for about a year although she's on the pill. i think she gets annoyed that i cant last more than a minute if im lucky. i thought it was physiological and we stopped having sex for a while as i was too scared to disappoint her again. i tried pelvic exercises etc to try and help, but it didn't.the other day i was out and i didn't need the toilet but i relaxed just to see if i could go, and i wet myself i mean what the hell is that all about a 24 year old peeing themselves in public? ? ? the worst thing is this happened again the other day, although this time i had had quiet a lot to drink. what is this? are they related? or is it two separate things that coincidently happen to be in the same area? please help tried to have sex and couldn't even get a hard one properly and my girlfriend had to put it in for me. i was hard, but it was more like a semi. but i literally put it in, had a couple of thrusts and then i couldn't even tell if i had cum. when i took it out i had cum and i felt so stupid, about 4 thrusts and i was done, and not even with a complete erection. why is this happening to me???

Sorry for the embarrassing question but I'm just really worried I'm 14 years old, and I've had kidney problems since.. well before I was even born I've had UTI's, and I take antibiotics every day.My nurse said I should try self cathing.I wasn't comfortable with this, and it's something I've never wanted to do.But I knew I had to be brave and try it, so I did.I've done it successfully with a lot of trouble and fear twice now.The first time I failed.The second time I got it to work.The third time it worked, but it hurt a little..Anyway, today I was going to the bathroom, and I needed to pee, and I suddenly needed to go so bad I nearly wet myself. Like one more second and I would have wet myself.I've never been 'wet' in my life, I could go to the toilet perfectly normally before, and I'd never had an accident, according to the hospital I think I had too much urine left, which was putting pressure on the kidneys.I'm really worried that using a catheter has lead to this.This has NEVER happened before, and I'm so scared.Sorry for the long question.. but thanks for any answers I'm self cathing. This means I have a compact catheter I insert myself to drain the urine, then I take it out. There's no balloon or drainage bag.It was the urologist who gave me them, after talks with my paediatrician.So can it cause permanent damage?Thank you

I started having urine incontinence out of the blue and my doctor prescribed me for a urinary track infection.I took all the medicine as prescribed but the Incontinence is still there.I'ts not very severe or anything every time I urinate my penis just keeps leaking drops of urine I shake it the usualy way but still keeps doing this.I don't have trouble holding it in when I have the urge or anything.it's just this...what lese could it be and how can I stop this? it's embarasing and I stopped going to college for this reason.I'm 23 if that is any help

Ok, so I've been masturbating a lot over the last year 4 5 times a week but stopped 6 days ago and haven't since.
