Do people with hypopituitarism grow at all?
Hypothyroidism/hypopituitarism? Possible?
I have had a couple of abnormal symptoms that have progressed since Fall of 2005 possibly earlier . I've had muscle weakness, constipation even with normal feces , and the BIG THREE increased hunger I eat like once every four hours and almost starve on a full meal for a 7 hour fast , increased urination bout 14 times a day , and dry dry skin which, now what looks like acne is building up all over my skin everywhere. .Now I got all this junk but I wasn't totally aware of each one until I noticed most people urinate like 5 times a day. My doctor suspected diabetes mellitis at first, but a blood test showed that I was negative for diabetes. I have been consulted to a urologist and I have yet to go since my parent's Medicaid is dead for a while. . Guess I'll have a hard time in soccer season Senior year . Unless I get help of course .
Does anyone know if hypopituitarism can be cured?
i was diagnosed with it in february. i have a deficientcy in growth hormone testosterone thyroid cortisone and i have diabetes inspidus. if there is a cure i would be so happy becausei hate taking medication at a certain time in the morning and always having to worry about it. i am 17 and would love for your answers thankyou

I know it is a long shot that I have hypopituitarism but I do have some of the symptoms and I just want to be sure that I don't have it. I would feel really dumb if I asked my doctor to test me for it and the result were negative. I can I muster up the guts to ask my doctor to test me?

Could I have hypopituitarism?
I'm female, age 16. I am 5'1'', though the doctors predicted when I was born that I would be at least 5'6'' dunno how accurate those predictions usually are, though . I have struggled with depression, mood swings, difficulty paying attention, irritability, and irrational emotional distress since the age of 11.also, i've had long term chronic constipation, recently resolved...could these be signs of hypopituitarism?

My daughter is hypopituitarism currently she does not make enough of these hormones produced by the pituitary gland FSH, TSH, GH.We are waiting on more bloodwork results to see if she is panhypopituitarism. My questions are 1. What are the odds that she has panhypopituitarism if she is already not making enough of 3 of the hormones produced by the pituitary gland. 2. from looking online it looks like i may have hypopituitarism, but i wanted to know if i go on medicine for it will i lose weight, because some medicines say that it will regulate growth, menstrual cycles, and metabolism.. if any one knows anything about hypopituitarism please let me know. thanks
Hypopituitarism and infertility.?
I'm 18, male and have a medical condition called hypopituitarism. This basically means my pituitary gland is deficient and therefore certain systems are messed up, such as the endocrine and reproductive ones. I know I'm young but I feel sick at the thought of not being able to have children in the future due to infertility. I was just wondering if there are any medications treatments that are aimed at treating such problems and the names of them so that I could do some research. Thanks
Are there any diets tailored for people with Hypopituitarism?
I have hypopituitarism due to a tumor. Are there any diet exercise plans out there that are adapted to this condition? Specifically, that take into consideration cortisone balance.
