Whenever i get very angry or mentaly stressed i get into hypocalcemia seizure what can i do to stop it?
Hi i need help whenever i am extremely angry depressed or just stressed out i get seizures tremors jitteriness i cannot control my limbs and depending on my mental state the seizures are less or more strong what can i do to prevent this
Im taking gynera does and im also taking hypothyroidism medicine ,is it ok. and also im suffering hypocalcemia?

I know. I know. It's my fault. I haven't been eating right. I don't take supplements. I've been sluggish lately and we just moved out of a house full of lead contaminants which would worsen my calcium deficiency . I figured I was alright but something is really wrong now. I have chills but no fever. My teeth yesterday felt smooth when I ran my tongue across them, and now they seem porous and are very rough. My teeth are starting to hurt along the gum line. My right lower eye lid keeps twitching and the tip of my nose yesterday was numb off and on. My vision is blurry. I don't feel sick like I have a cold or flu but it feels like my brain isn't synapsing right or something. I know it's a calcium deficiency but should I go to the ER or should I just buy some flintstones vitamins and calcium supplements and try to fix it myself? I don't have time to see a physician.
