Going hospital because of hemorrhoids, what should i expect?
I had a rough external thrombosed hemorrhoid since thursday, and it was a little painful and uncomfortable to walk and sit.. And today there was minor bleeding, but tomorrow i am going to a hospital. What should i expect? Will i get treated on the day? what will they do? WIll i be able to walk on monday?
Treatment of hemorrhoids?
I think I have had a hemorrhoid that I have left untreated for an extended period of time until recently. I used to be able to push it back into the anus and thought nothing of it as it caused only minimal pain and I only noticed blood occasionally when wiping. I may have infected it the other do so that it now has grown to the point that I cannot push it back into the anus and there is bleeding when wiping during each stool. I started treatment with a cortisone cream as soon as I had more problems. Is there anything else I should do to get rid of the hemorrhoid?It appears to now be a Grade 3 4 hemorrhoid.
Can hemorrhoids cause extreme iron deficiency anemia?
My Dad is constantly losing iron. He has had several iron infusions, but each time, he loses the iron again. It is extremely low. Right now it is 9 and he just had 4 infusions a few weeks ago. Of course, we are concerned about colon cancer. But he has hemorrhoids that won't go away and I keep thinking hoping it is just the hemorrhoids. Is it possible for hemorrhoids to cause that much iron loss? Also, he has lupus. He's 71 years old.
If i put hemorrhoid cream on everyday would it prevent me from getting hemorrhoids?

I've had a lump on the very outside of my asshole since 3 days ago. It's purple ish. It also occasionally itches and or hurts when I sit, stand up, and cough. I am not constipated, but the day before I got this I was rushing in the bathroom, which might explain why I got the lump. Does anyone know what this is? Is it a hemmorhoid? And if so, will it go away on its own? And if so, how long will this all take? Thanks.
Will my hemorrhoids go away?
I've had an external one for about a week and a half now. When it first started it hurt and it was huge, then ive been using preparation h, it got smaller and I don't really feel it anymore butits just chilling there now, like it stays the same size and doesn't do anything. What do I do?
Dealing with internal hemorrhoids at 21?
Within the past couple of months I have went through a lot, I had 3 severe gallbladder attacks all landing me in emergency, last being an infection of the gallbladder which required a laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Anyway, long story short this has thrown my bowels out, which I believe to be the cause of the hemorrhoids, they are very minor went to surgeon for them to be looked at & they don't require surgery I have to rub a local anesthetic into my anus put a latex glove on my hand when I have pain, the last couple of days I have been getting diarrhea which seems to be more painful, that so, I have to stop mid way through on the toilet because it hurts that much.What methods can I use to make them stay at bay, I realize that I will be probably stuck with these for my life, I want to avoid surgery because they can re occur after that anyway so home remedies would be the best treatment. They went away before I had my gallbladder out, now since my system is still messed up they're back...Please help... Also to be noted there is only 1 or 2 internal ones at a time & they do not look bad...
Does this sound like hemorrhoids?
Im a 30 year old otherwise healthy male.. I've always had issues with constipation for many years. Doctors had always passed it off as mild Irritable bowel syndrome and always advised to increase fiber to keep a regular movement.Anyway I've for the past several months when I have a movement there is sometimes i guess like a ripping sensation that lasts for maybe a second at the start of the movement. And then after words there will sometimes be an itching or uncomfortable feeling in the anal area for a few hours afterwords. A bath or shower tends to bring relief.Also about twice the last few month I've noticed a thin streak of red blood on the stool and once in a while very small specks of blood on the toilet paper.Would this be consistent with hemorrhoids?
Would internal hemorrhoids/constipation cause really bad gas?
I've been having gas problems for quite a few months now and I think it is because of constipation. I read you are supposed to do a number 2 at least 3 times a day. I barely go once a day. I also think the reason I'm constipated is because of internal hemorrhoids. Would being constipated cause me to have excessive gas? It really is excessive. If I eat something like just a banana I get gas. I think it's because my bowels are too full. Sorry if this is too much information and I am planning on going to the doctors, but I'm kind of freaking out about it.Also if anyone knows are internal hemorrhoids treatable without having to have surgery.. TMI WARNING Firstly, I am a 14 y.o female. A few weeks ago, I was noticing blood on the toilet paper when I pooped, and my bum hurt afterwards as well. it kept getting worse and worse. The worst was about two weeks ago, where the toilet water was red and when I wiped there was A LOT of blood the blood was bright red .My mum took me to the doctor, and I got a blood test still waiting for the results . My doctor confirmed that it wasn't external hemarrhoids. I just did a poo before, and there was a streak of dark bright blood in my poo, and it hurt afterwards as well.Hemarrhoids do run our family, so could I have it? And any ideas on how to get the pain to stop ? Thanks

I had a colonoscopy about 6 months ago. They removed a precancerous polyp and said i had two internal hemorrhoids. My bleeding went completely away after the colonoscopy. 4 months later the bleeding came back. This time it is very large amounts. It even stains my underwear. It covers the entire toilet. Sometimes when i feel like i have to use the bathroom i end up passing only blood and mucus. I am not straining and I have very loose stools. I have Diarrhea 85 % of the time. I am passing large amounts of blood at a min of 3 times a day. Is this normal with internal Hemorrhoids??? Should i go back to the doctor? I am a 21 year old female.

Ive had bright red blood very little sometimes in my toilet paper, usually after the inside of it sweats, sorry if this is disgusting . and can hemorrhoids kill you? ive had it for a year or two but then it stopped and about three weeks ago it started again...
