heart attack Information
I faint suddenly and doc said it was heart attack. What kind of heart attack do I have?
Im 29 had echo and ecgs blood tests all normal does this mean im safe from heart attack im stressing ?
Can this pain in my nose be a heart attack sign?
I did absolutely NOTHING to my nose, and from the bridge down to the end, it was so sore and tender I felt like I had a broken nose. After 3 days, it also was sore in the adjacent areas under my eyes on the upper cheak bones. It was sore just when I put on my reading glasses. There was no bruising, and no red marks. No scratches. The inside of my nose wasn't bleeding, and I prodded around with Q tips and it wasn't sore inside at all. I felt no masses, as far as I dared go.The soreness or tenderness lasted about 1 week. At the end of the week, my lower left arm and hand were sore, and like a dummy, I took aspirin, went to bed, and the pain was gone the next morning. I didn't think about it any more and I should have. That had never happened before in my left arm, and I didn't associate it with heart attack. I'm an idiot. I see the Doc again on the 21st.I've recently been diagnosed with hypertension, and think it's been going on since some time in December or early January. I'm now on Lisinopril, and have had some needle like burning, prickling sensations and also some other more definite dull quick pains in my heart. Aspirin works.I'm just wondering what that nose pain tenderness was all about. I've never been in a fight 60 yr old female and it was wierd.
Youths and heart attacks?
Hello I am going to start like major dieting here soon, I need to lose a good amount of weight in two weeks. And my plan was to not try to eat much salts, drink a lot of water at least nine glasses , run 3 miles daily. at least hopefully haha used to run track and could do 5 miles straight a year and a half ago. and keep my calorie intake under 1000 and do several very low carb small meals that will be under 1000 calories a day. and some places where I was reading losing weight too fast can cause heart attacks with that being said, do you think I am at risk for a heart attack? also I am sixteen and haven't been " physically fit" , but not overweight.. also if someone like myself at 16 and in some crazy way have a heart attack, what are the consequences? i know its bad and all but do i have a higher chance of dying, or would it be more of a minor thing?

My Dad's 55 and had heart attack-like symptoms last year, and now his legs are swollen. What causes that?
My Dad turns 56 this year and his health problems are concerning me. About July, 2011 is when it happened. He was at work and he started to have heart attack related symptoms, so he went to the hospital. The Cardiologist did a stress test on his heart to see what caused these symptoms to occur, and why he was having a " False Heart Attack" yet we were never told what the results were. The Cardiologist told him that there's a posibility that my Dad had a small heart attack in the past that he didn't know of probably while he was sleeping. Anyways, now his legs are swollen up and hurting more than usual. This really concerns me because my Dad has been a smoker for many years, and his family has a history of heart problems. I love him to death and I don't want to lose him. If anybody with expertise in Cardiology knows what is going on, and can explain to me what's causing this to happen, I would appreciate so very much if you could explain this to me. contact me at blakebendick yahoo.comGod Bless.....
Am i having a heart attack?
on Friday my left hand and arm started to hurt. it would only hurt if i try to extend my arm in front of me to grab something. so on Saturday i went to a walking clinic and the doctor said that it was anxiety from thinking way to much. today my jaw and neck are hurting on the right side . i feel a pulsating feel from my neck in the middle. my mom say it might be my wisdom tooth. i also feel a little light headed just from thinking about it. and since today a holiday i can't go to the doctor.
Am I having a heart attack?
About 20 minutes ago the center of my chest began to have a nagging pain. I just kinda kept pressing my chest with my thumb. It was more annoying than a pain, nevertheless it was sharp. It's pretty much gone now but it still worries me. I can't seem to find a website that has any relative info. My only symptom is the chest pain. No arm pain or neck pain. I can also breathe normally. After this little happening I do want to see my doctor within the next couple of days. But for now I'll take any advice.
Do males get more heart attacks at younger ages than females?
i know they do at older ages but i didnt know about young ages...

I am diabetic and had heart attack 6 months ago but why do I have a very bad arm pain, why?
My arm hurts in my hand area around the thumb joint, my wrist and the rest of the arm hurts when touched and the pain almost reaches my jaw. Its a continious pain and slightly hurts less if I wrap it tightly. I am confused what it is. Its my right arm and I do not have the symptoms in my left arm. I have a mild chest pain in my left side but not severethank you I went to doctor, hes arranging scan and xray. Its my right arm though,

How can you tell them apart? If you can feel your heart beating really fast and hard, does that mean it is a panic anxiety attack and not a heart attack?
