What is nodular goitre?
I have goitre in my neck by birth?
when i was 2.5 yrs,i was operated and the doctors left some thyroid gland which was important.Now i m 26 yrs and i take one 100mg of electroxin daily and my weight is 50kg.what should i do to cure this disease and also i m not able to pronunicate some words like 'k'.plz help me.

If a person suffers from genetic hypothyroidism,will he always suffer from goitre due to thyroxine deficiency?
i heard that genetic hypothyroidism causes low level of thyroxine secrition . on the other hand if a persome suffers from iodine deficiency , he will suffer from goitre due to some malfunction in thyroxine secretion as iodine helps in the synthesis of thyroxine . A person suffering from hypothyroidism will by default have low thyroxine secretion , so will he permanently suffer from goitre ?

Im only 15, do I have a goitre AGAIN?
I am a 15 year old girl. I have bruises everywhere on my body. I have extreme fatigue. I also get nose bleeds everyday that seems to be very uncontrollable. My nose bled when I was showering for more then an hour, I almost fainted. There is a lump on my right side of my neck. I have no left thyroid due to multinodular goitre and tumors. In iodine defeciency Goitre compusory?
My Brother is suffering from loss of memory and HTN, DM,Fatigue. But his blood sugar levels are normal. Hypertension is also control. one of his friends suggested him to self check his Iodine levels.Result is that iodine deficiency found. What shoud he do? But he does not have any goitre. But he has fatigue, Loss of memory, His T3, T4, TSH levels are normal, when he underwent thyroid tests. What are the tests to undergo and what type of treatment would he have ? If he wants to check the same in diagnostic centre, what test he can ask for?
