So a month and a half ago I started dating this amazing guy. He is super attractive and I like him and care about him a lot and I really want to be with him but lately we have had some issues, specifically in the area of sex. The first 3 weeks we began dating our sex life was amazing. We would have sex as many as 3 times a day. Then after 3 or so weeks he began not initiating sex as much. When we began dating he didn't smoke marijuana, but after a few weeks he began smoking again, almost every day. Since then he does not want sex hardly at all and when he does initiate it he can't get a full erection for more then a few minutes. This is very hurtful to me. Sometimes I feel like it is my fault or that he is not attracted to me. I talked to him about it and he told me he would stop smoking as much but that he has been tired and stressed about school and work lately so that could be causing it. We had this talk about 2 weeks ago and nothing much has changed. He still smokes, although not every day, but we have only had sex twice over the course of two weeks. I feel frustrated and hurt because even when I try to initiate sex he will turn me down saying that he is too tired or stressed out. When we did finally do it he only lasted for about 5 minutes. I'm not a sex fiend or anything but I really enjoy having sex and it is a drastic change to go from mind blowing sex at least every day to bad sex once a week. I don't know what to do because talking to him obviously didn't fix anything Could this be caused by the smoking? Or do you think it could be something else. What should I do about all of this? I was on Zoloft for five years with little to no sexual side effects. I stopped in December 2011. I began Prozac in April 2012. I only took it for 9 days and began to experience a major loss of libido and erectile dysfunction so I stopped. It has been a week and I have seen no relief. I understand that Prozac takes a while to wear off. My psychiatrist told me 10 days until Prozac wears off, my family doctor told me 21 days until it wears off. I feel like since I only took it for 9 days I should be seeing some relief by now. Has anyone had a similar experience to this? I'm very worried this is going to stick around for months or even indefinitely.
