Loosing weight help!!! (Pills, dieting, exercising indoors) HELP?
I'm a girl who really needs to loose weight.. I'm worried about my Health and everything that comes with being over weight. I've tried dieting but I hate being limited to certain foods. I mean I just love food I've wanted to try dieting pills or something that can help. I really don't have access to excercize equipment and i would jog around my neighborhood but it just isn't a safe community and I hate heat and outdoors. Can anyone give me actual advise please

I just snack through the day because im at school. im 13 i weigh 50kgsI dont think i should diet , my exercise is walking down and up a hill for 1 hour.Will i lose weight if i dont diet?If i ate 3 meals a day and 2 snacks and did 1 hour of walking down and up a hill will i lose weight and how would i then maintain it
