Cure for dengue fever?
One of my best friends has been diagnosed with dengue today. She was told that there is no cure for dengue and the only medicine doctor gave was paracetamol. I'm worried like hell right now thinking about what to do. Can any one of you tell me if there is a cure for dengue? I don't wanna lose her.. I came through several articles saying that papaya juice is promising. And, they give a logical explanation too. Will papaya juice work?

I have heaps of small red lumps all over my arms and legs, I have a red flushed face, I have been hot and sweaty for a few days...I recently returned from Thailand and got bitten my lots of mosquitos despite having lots of bug repellant on... Blurred vision after dengue fever... HELP!!! :(?
i just recovered from dengue.. it wasnt really severe though... my platelets went down to about 70000... not really a problem i kno..... but i got admitted for like 2 3 days..... i was discharged 2 days ago.... and i am recovering but my vision is a little blurred... not actually a lot, but like i cant see distant objects clearly as before.... i already have eye problem 1.50 in left eye and 1.75 in right i really need help cause i am afraid..hope its not serious.... i will see d doctor day after 2morrow... should i meet him faster? cause its like my eye vision has gone down by a bit... will i recover or should i change my specs.?? cause i already changed it like 6 7 weeks ago only... plz helpAny help will be appreciated D D a LOT Pcause im worried....thanks for the answer.. but can you also tell me.. that will i recover from it? or should i be worried? pthanks a lot though.. the answer was really nice D i mean how long would recovery take... an estimate...?P.S. should i be using my laptop and watch TV or give rest?
