Possible minor concussion?
Yesterday I slammed my head on a desk really hard and I saw a blue flash and was wobbly for about 5 minutes. Today I have been really forgetful forget doing thigs right after I do them and been a little off balance. Is it possible I have a minor concussion also where I hit it the hardest I feel a minor headache every now and then . Also, Should I still participate in P.E.?
I got hit by a car and have no concussion but i still feel abnormal, is something wrong?
I got hit by the car on monday as i was crossing the street and the lady who was already suspended from driving and drunk, didnt stop. i hit my head and it still is sore up until today. The ambulance came and took me to the hospital and i did a ct scan. Everything checked out normal but since that day ive been feeling so weird, not like myself. I am dizzy through random periods of the day, my head sometimes is aching, when i look in the mirror or around its as if i'm high, and i sleep for really long long hours and abormal times. I find it difficult to fall asleep but when i do, i sleep for 12 14 hours. I dont know if this is normal.... because i certainly dont feel normal.
Should I be worried that I had 3 concussions in about 1 year? Should I keep playing football?
Should I be worried if my daughter wets the bed whilst having concussion?
My daughter is 11 and has never once wet the bed but recently she had a serious bump on the head during swimming and was told she had concussion. Should I be worried or is it normal?
Is it good to go to sleep after a severe concussion?
A few years ago, I was riding a scooter down hill and fell. I was knocked out on impact, so I didn't feel a thing. I woke up 5 hours later at 11 00pm, after an old lady found me. On the way there, I kept going to sleep and fainting and passing out again and again, and again. I was told that I had thrown up twice while unconscious. When we got to the hospital, they told me I had a severe concussion.. I was left in the ER waiting room with a messed up bloody face. I did go through the epidermis and the dermis... When I got home with my mother, I supposably was sleep walking into her room, where I laid down and was still asleep. Was this a good thing to sleep with a severe concussion after a serious accident?
I think i have a concussion?
I hit my head playing football today and im dizzy, have a headache, tired, naseus, and a little uncoordinated. However my parents wont take me to the hospital. Anyways they told me to sleep and they would wake me up every so often to see if im ok. But can an undetected concussion do something? Can i die? Can i fall into a coma? Im kinda nervous. Im 14 male btw.

Well yesterday my girlfriend passed out in the middle of class and hit her head against a table then the floor. She started twitching a little bit after that. She woke up and just said that her head hurt and then the nurse took her to the office in a wheel chair. The nurse said that she was fine after that and then she went back to class. All day today she has had a headache but she only gets it when she moves and she said it got better as the day went on. She also said that she felt dizzy all day and then at one point she said that she felt like she was going to pass out again.She went to the doctors about it today and the doctor said that she had a problem where she needs more sodium because she wasn't getting enough and her blood pressure got too low and that's why she passed out in the first place. The doctor also said she probably has a concussion to but apparently the doctor didn't seem to worried about it. My girlfriend is acting like if it's not a big deal but I kinda think it is since a concussion could be bad. How bad of a concussion do you think she has? What shouldn't she do since she might have a concussion she doesn't play any sports ? Shes suppose to drive to my house tomorrow and I live about 15 minutes away. Should that be okay?

its a really hot day out today and my friend started to look really pale so i put him in the shade with some water and he had started to look like he was about to pass out and he hit his head on pavement about an hour later he was still pale and kind of dizzy i had given him water and something to eat but he barely touched it i also asked him if he remembered hitting his head and he said no

Concussion fallen asleep would have died, is this severe?
My friend got hit with a baseball bat by a crackhead, seriously and suffered a pretty severe, skull fracture...he went to the ER, they said he got a concussion. But then...they sent him home, next day, and I guess hes doin alrite but they said if he had fallen asleep, he would have died. Is this bad?? are all concussions like that, that severe, to where you cannot fall asleep or youll die?? and how can they just send him home next day like that??
Concussion symptoms return?
About a little over a week ago i got a mild concussion and i started feeling better recently so my school doctor stated making me go on a stationary bike. Well now the symptoms are back and i'm very concerned. Is it possible that maybe the concussion didn't fully heal and i just didn't know. I'm worried that now it could get a lot worse.
