my parents told me that i need to take the cervical cancer shots. i am sexually active with my bf and im not gonna tell my parents because i dont feel comfortable talking about it. i have some questions can you take the vacine if ur sexually active? will it work the same way as if u aren't sexually active? will the doctor ask if u are sexually active?

My mom has had constant periods since August 2011. She has had 3 pap smears to try to figure out why she was having her periods. Her latest one was in Feb 2012 and the Doctor said she was fine. Then they called back a week later and called her in to their office.She told my mom that they found cancer cells in the cervix. They put her on a 5 month waiting list to see a specialist. They don't even know how long she's had it or exactly.My mom and I are very close and when I heard this, I cried for 2 days straight. They told my mom she should be fine. I don't know how much I trust that, though.What's the chances of her turning out fine if she gets her treatments? Is cervical cancer a more horrible type of cancer, or is it something that's easier helped? Please help me put my mind at ease. Thank you all so much.
I'm worried I have ovarian/cervical cancer?
I'm 19, my periods have always been irregular. But my last period lasted 13 days which has only happened once before. Also, for the past 2 days I've had a bit of an ache in the lower left back on and off, and it can't be my period because the ache started the day after it finished. My stomach has been sort of churning a bit too.I was looking at like symptoms and it led me to ovarian cancer Apparently " a dull ache in the lower back" may be a cause of stage 3 ovarian cancer D What are any other symptoms?

last december i had a colposcopy it showed that i have moderate dysplasia im supposed to have another colposcopy this month but im pregnant the placenta is low and due to my past history with miscarriages i don't want to attend the appointment. im worried as i wont be able to attend another appointment for several months, i suffer quite a few of the symptoms have done for a while. what are the chances off me actually getting cancer? i feel its a catch 22 situation
