What worsens asthma ?
If you are having a mild asthma attack, what worsens it?Cold water? Cold air? Small tops? Smoke? I'm just wondering, so it doesn't get any worse than it is.Please see my other question if you think you can help with asthma.Thank you,
I think I have asthma. HELP!?
Hiya I'm 15 and I think I have asthma. I think I have it because after exercise I have a really tight chest and I wheeze when breathing. I'm not the fittest of people but even when I walk my chest feels tight. Another thing is if i have been messing around with my sister i can hardly breathe and it takes some time to catch my breath. I want to go to a doctor but my mum probably wouldn't let me because she'd say I was pathetic and unfit. What shall I do?

I have mild asthma but its getting worse and each time i cough i get mucus and every morning when i talk my vocie sounds like i have a bad cold what is going on here?

Early this morning I woke with an extremely blocked sinus pathway which proceeded to a cough. This cough feels dry, as if there is phlegm but it refuses to come out. My family has asthma and developed it at a later age so I have a pro air inhaler around the house. I feel like my chest is tightening and when I try to sleep it tightens more and I have a coughing fit. In case I did develop asthma I would have no idea how to deal with this right now. I took the inhaler at noon today, one puff, two at 10pm and I just took one again right now at 200am. It's doing a minor temporary relief but should I go to the emergency room? I was planning on a walk in at the doctors around 1pm or should I go now? For other information, I do get this cough when I exercise and now it hits me at random moments more frequently. And I'm 18. I'm debating on taking another puff but I would like an opinion before I do so
I had asthma as a kid.Is smoking more harmful for me than usual?
I am 20 years old now.I had an asthma problem as a kid but now i'm fine. I've been smoking for the past two years now.I smoke about 6 7 cigarettes a day.Is smoking more harmful for me considering the asthma problem i had as a kid.
I had a asthma attack during sex any ways to stop it?
My asthma has been playing me up recently.It was the first time last night I had a slight attack its never happened before when we've had sex or foreplay, fortunately my boyfriend and I stopped before the attack worsened.Without going into detail I started physically shaking after he went down on me before we 69 I thought it was Nerves, but I wheezing taking shorted breathes I was just laying on him gasping for breathe even his touch made me gasp more. He grabbed me my reliever and I had to ease the breathing my fingers and lips were blue. It eased off before we continued.This has NEVER happened when we've had sex etc before any tips?
I have trouble breathing, do I have asthma?
I don't know if I have asthma or not. I breathe normal but sometimes I have to breathe really deeply to a certain point, and that's still not enough and I feel like I still need more air. Why does this happen? I haven't gone to a doctor because I don't know what it is. Is it asthma? And I can run, but I have to breath deeply and a lot. What is this?

Hi my allergies are really bad right now I live around Dayton Ohio and I am on singular, Zyrtec and a nasal spray and they don't help much any ideas of what else I can do? My allergies are outdoor thanks i also have asthma

Quick asthma question?
I'm 13 and was diagnosed with asthma about 3 months ago. I was put on a blue reliever with hay fever tablets. 5 weeks later a brown inhaler has been added and then a few more weeks after that I now have a chewable tablet. What will happen if the tablets don't work? Will I be put on a higher dose or another inhaler?

Help! Do I Have Asthma Or Not?
I'm convinced I have asthma but my mum thinks I'm confusing the symptoms I have with something else.Basically, I know there are different types of asthma but I'm not sure which one if any that I have.I've read up on the symptoms and they sound a lot similar to what I experience. When I exercise It feels like, at times my throat is closing over and that my lungs are freezing from the inside. I find it very hard to exercise outside as this happens a lot, I'm not nearly as bad indoors although the symptoms are still there however are much less obvious. After being out in the cold exercising in school, I'm always coughing and I cant stop for quite some time after being inside in the warmth but even then when i try to stop i still have to urge to cough.Im not sure if this is also anything to do with possible asthma but when im in the car and my mum turns up the heat, i find it particularly hard to breath especially when there are airfresheners in the car or if someone is wearing really strong perfume.I am going to the doctors soon about this but I just wanted to know whether or not I would be wasting the doctors time or if this is something I should get checked out.I forgot to mention that I was born with fluid in my lungs, could that have contributed to it?
