I have been told i might have adhd!?
i went to a mental health hospital less than a month ago to do with a rescent thing, and she was asking me all of these questions to do with consentration and how it was b4 and fidgeting ect. But what i am worried about is that the teachers dont notice that im not concentrating r fidgeting ect and they have to fill in this sheet for the lady, to carry out with the test,so if they tick no then they might not do the test anymore ?

Thismorning, I accidentally mixed up my stomach medication with my anxiety adhd medication. This was the first time I took these anxiety meds. I have had a few cups of coffee today as well, and I have been nonstop jittery from thismorning. My jaw has been constantly moving for hours now, without me even realizing it. I feel fine otherwise, just really hyper. I couldn't find any other answers to a question like this, but in your best opinion, do you think I'll be fine? I'm not that worried, but just in case I'd like to get a few opinions. Thanks Thanks so much, that's exactly the answer I was looking for.

Im desperate for help! how well does adhd medication work?
im 24 years old and I have a bad case of ADD. I also have problems with social functioning. Its very hard for me to learn and communicate. I have worked for the same grocery store company for almost 7 years. I only make 8.90 an hour.
*lets try this again* if a father and his father have SEVERE add/adhd will his child have it.?
Obviously I was not clear enough last time. If a child's father has SEVERE add adhd, requiring special education classes, collecting Ssi for a living, etc, will his child have it, or can he have something worse? The father and his father have NEVER suffered any trauma, they were diagnosed with it at VERY young ages, and were treated correctly with medications. The mother has no mental issues that we are aware of, but did suffer extreme gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, severe anxiety, and living in a trailer with 5 cats NOT cared for properly urine, vomit, feces EVERYWHERE . With all that being said, family history, extreme childbirth, etc, what are the chances of the child having add adhd? OR is there a chance of something more serious? No bashing please. I'm here for help, not to be reamed out about mental illnesses. Thank you

Long story short when I was 9 my mom took me to a therapist and she said I had bipolar disorder. I was put on abilify and gained like 100lbs. Lost it after I went off of the medication because I started working out.My teacher asked me if I had adhd because I'm hyper and i have a really short attention span. I also don't have a great memory but i can remember most stuff if i'm paying attention really well. My guidance counselor and this psychiatrist at school said that it's impossible to have been surely 100 % diagnosed with bipolar disorder at 9 years old because it usually doesn't show up until your in your late teens. My guidance counselor didn't even realize that I was diagnosed with bipolar disorder so obviously i don't show any obvious signs like that.Can i just have your guys's opinion on this? Because i surely feel like it's more adhd not bipolar... And also a few years ago my friend got adderall and we took a few and went to a concert. And I just felt like a zombie kind of and didn't feel at all like my friend did cause she was jumping and so awake.
